      Production time is up to 4 weeks to ship out, plus 2-7 days for shipping. If you need these by a certain date, please contact me with the date, the quantity you'd like to order and your shipping zip code so I can price it out for you.

      Customer satisfaction is my top priority and I will do everything within reason to make sure that you are happy. 

      However, all orders begin the production process as soon as they are received. Since my products are made to order tumblers decals and personalized frames and art work are non refundable.

      If you want to cancel an order, please contact me immediately and state the reasoning (perhaps I can help out in some way). If I have already started work on the order, I may refuse the cancellation

       

      Please keep in mind that each order is custom made for you by hand. There may be variations of between tumblers, etc.
