Production time is up to 2 week to ship out, plus 2-7 days for shipping. If you need these by a certain date, please contact me with the date, the quantity you'd like to order and your shipping zip code. I will let you know if I can fulfill your order and give you pricing for it.
Customer satisfaction is my top priority and I will do everything within reason to make sure that you are happy.
However, all orders begin the production process as soon as they are received. Since my products are made to order and custom they are non refundable.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you want to cancel an order, please contact me immediately and state the reasoning (perhaps I can help out in some way). If I have already started work on the order, I may refuse the cancellation
Please keep in mind that each order is custom made for you by hand. There may be variations of between custom items, etc.
